An exciting new publication is due out at the end of April for Central Coast Brides.  It will be a good planning tool full of all the information you need to know when planning your wedding on the Coast.

I am delighted that one of my beautiful brides from 2011 has been selected to have her story and photographs of her wedding day featured in the Real Weddings section as the winter bride. Below is one of the many photographs of Sarah, which you will probably see in the magazine.

A Special Day Today

A Special Day today - 22.3.12.

Today it is a year since I launched my business, my website and Facebook page (www.facebook.com/artistiquephotographybynicolette) went live.  My goal for my first year was to book 10 brides, but I managed to do that within the first few months.  This morning I have booked 28 brides within the year, and the day is not over yet.  I am truely passionate about capturing the magic of a wedding day, a radiant bride, happy guests and all the beauty that surrounds a wedding.

I have also had many portrait assignments within my first year and these have mainly been outdoor, using predominantly natural lighting (my favourite).

I'd like to thank everyone for reading my blogs, contributing to the 958 "likes" I have on my Facebook Page and for my brides, choosing me to capture your special day.

Below is a selection of some of the images I have captured over this past year, and I look forward to capturing many more over the years to come.

There was only a one hour window without heavy rain showers but I managed to capture many photos of Lou and Craig today and luckily within one minute of finishing the photo shoot, it then poured with rain!  Here are some photos from today:

The weather was wet on Michael & Jesse's wedding day, but that didn't dampen the spirit of the day and there was a window of about 30 minutes when we managed to pop across from the reception at Terrigal Surf Life Saving Club, across to The Haven to capture some photographs of the happy couple and their bridal party enjoying the day.
